All items are created upon order. Please allow 2-3 Weeks to process.  While we strive to ship within a week, depending on stock or materials, it may take longer.  This also applies to Pre-Orders.  All pre-orders will have a ship by date, so make sure you check with each specific item for shipping info. 

 

Once your order is complete it will be given a tracking number and the email address on file will receive notification that it has been prepared to ship.

 

Other than providing a tracking number, I do not have any more information than is provided by USPS or UPS.

We are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address. We ship all orders to addresses entered at checkout, so please verify that you entered the correct address at checkout. We are not able to change the address on our end. If you entered the wrong address, please email juststarkey@gmail.com

If the order has not shipped, we will cancel it so you can reorder. If it has already shipped, we are not able to change the address or cancel the order.

Depending on the weight and size of your order will determine whether we use UPS or USPS.  All International orders outside of the US will be shipped via USPS at $10 per order.

We must go by your tracking status that is provided by the shipping service. If your package shows as "delivered", we go by that status unless your local post office or UPS can prove through GPS location that they delivered to the wrong location. If you have a package marked "delivered" but you did not receive it, please reach out to your post office or UPS and ask for the GPS location of delivery. They track this for every package they deliver. If they can show it was delivered elsewhere then you can file a lost package claim at that time. Please email juststarkey@gmail.com with your order number and letter from your post office showing they delivered it to the wrong location and we can help you submit this claim.
